Maryam Rabiee

Maryam Rabiee is the Head of SDGs Today at the UN SDSN, where she works to enhance the data ecosystem for sustainable development through geospatial data. She serves on the boards of the Group on Earth Observation’s (GEO) EO4SDG initiative and the University of Massachusetts Amherst (UMass) Global Institute for Geospatial Education.

Maryam has worked as a Research Associate at the University of Melbourne and as a Research Scholar at the Vienna University of Technology. She has a BA from the University of Washington and an MA from Columbia University, and has worked across Africa, Asia, Europe and the Pacific.
